Enjoyed that the place was clean and staff and rooms were very good. The room was spotless with separate single bed, had wake-up service, that's cool. I was offered an enjoyable breakfast at 730am.

It is an excellent base for holiday, has lovely views over back of property. Full English breakfast with lots of options. Good area, central location short walk to Close to pubs, other eateries / takeaways.

I liked food and drinks here. Amazing view, welcoming bar - everything was very comfortable.

Pleasant place overall, it is fairly clean, location is ideal right on a crossroads by the A6.

The hotel is clean, cosy and has handy location right in the centre. Fabulous staff, warm rooms with kitchen and four poster bed plus a shower.

Staff were exceptional, wi-fi was good, and I loved its brilliant location adjacent to crossroads, the southern lakes, food places. Welcoming unit. A full English breakfast was gorgeous, included great dishes.

Overall a good stay — good value, considering prices in other hotels. Prime location, FANTASTIC food for breakfast. I loved the location adjacent to the beach. Absolutely breathtaking view, a nice balcony, amazing bed, too.

Staff and atmosphere were great, I really enjoyed every detail. I slept so comfy in the very clean bed. They made my stay pleasant. Late check out too.

Good value as opposed to other options, perfectly located. Nice decor, the staff were ready to help. The continental breakfast had many options, including fruit, yoghourt, fresh bread, pastries and cheese. Plenty of supplies in the room: air conditioning, Wi-Fi and Nespresso coffee.

Exceptionally comfortable beds, particularly good location, clean. We loved well kept room with huge bathroom. The staff did all they can for a great stay.

We are happy to say that we loved location and staff. Based in a really comfortable area. The hotel has a busy bar.

The bathrooms are dirty.

Our favourite place to visit in Milnthorpe. 5 mins walk to the centre. We enjoyed breakfast that was included. Room was great value for money.

Pleasant atmosphere at this hotel. We greatly enjoyed the way our suite was. And it was set in lake district. Being within short walking distance to Jumbo's was nice, we had dinner there.

perfect base for a holiday in milnthorpe! no reason to complain with the hotel. easy walk to flames pizza and kebab, where you can have lunch. free parking was provided to the guests.

We appreciated facilities and location, nothing too much trouble. Goa Spice, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. Placed within 35 minutes' car ride to Keswick. There was free Wi-Fi available.
